Monday, 9/17 Class Update: These past couple of weeks we have been reviewing tutorials. Tutorials are something students will be able to participate in starting in a couple of weeks, every Monday and Wednesday. We will have one AVID tutor for every seven children in groups during tutorials. AVID tutors as well as this peer group will help one student work through their point of confusion (something they are struggling with in another class that they have worked through on a Tutorial Request Form (TRF). Today and tomorrow we are walking through the 10 Steps of the Tutorial Process as well as creating our own posters for our classroom that exhibit the steps before, during, and after the tutorial!
